“We Will Rise” is Skip-Dawg’s fourth rap album and first full-length release since he was sidelined by intensive surgeries on both lungs in 2005. Executive produced by Beatgods of Interscope Records, “We Will Rise” also features production by Queens native G-Man (Dumout / G-Unit Records).
Skip-Dawg penned the title track “We Will Rise” as a tribute to his former teammate and friend, Brendan Hansen, two-time Olympian and world-record holder in the 100 Meter Breastroke and 4x100 Medley Relay. The song “We Will Rise” is the first single and music video from the album “We Will Rise.”
